The slowest MC Donalds in Germany

Typical MC Donalds. Doesn't stand out but has not made any mistakes either

Zero stars is nice. Friendly service, food inedible. Find me a currywurst stall.

Drive in used with a coupon, which you give at the first window (so please have it ready so that you can move forward quickly!). It worked without any problems, went quickly, tasted as always.

Everything went snappy and the food was hot.

Is just a MC Donalds. Sometimes clean, sometimes less. Sometimes fast sometimes not. Sometimes just right, sometimes not. Very satisfied this time. Friendly, quick and tidy despite Corona and, above all, fresh.

I think the employees don't just deep-fry french fries, they also deep-fry their brains. You order something with offers and they don't know their own offers. In addition, the McDrive is completely overwhelmed when you appear with a two-wheeler.

McDonald's, okay for a quick meal.

Was super messy on my last visit. It was really exhausting. But still 4 stars, because you can't help the Corona requirements. Personally, however, I prefer the drive-in.

A clean McDonald's, we were served very friendly, the signature was of course fresh and juicy as usual, but I draw a star for the dry and lukewarm Big Mac

Was OK. When I couldn't cope with the giant tablet, I went to the counter to order and was sent back again. What was also not good was the waiting time for take away.

Fine Mc Donalds. Always tasty and more choice than with us in Belgium. The ideal stopover.

Clean and orderly. But typical for MC Donalds that something has been forgotten again.

The guy at the DriveIn tonight was very nice, the cheeseburgers we ordered were unfortunately no longer really warm and very dry.

Regular McDonalds restaurant. The entrance and exit is designed a bit strange. A parking space for the disabled is right at the entrance. The disabled toilet was unfortunately not as clean as one would have liked at the time of our visit. The floor was not clean and the garbage can was so full that it couldn't hold used paper towels. More frequent controls would be necessary. The staff was friendly and tried hard. The food, as usual.

Positive: - staff friendly - food was brought quickly Negative: - French fries and hamburgers were no longer warm - Toilets for D u. H were closed - Toilet for wheelchair users (a guest without mobility problems left the door open after use) did not look inviting from the outside

Very well configured. The payment system in very straight forward. It's a good experience when stuck for choice but the ease of transaction made up for it.

There were so many flies in the restraunt rubbish all around the seating areas, salad looked old so didnt eat it. But on the plus side the chicken was warm. Toilets were filthy

Good food. Quick and efficient service. Good parking places. Quick bite/ elongated meals, this place is perfect near the highway. Only it's tricky to drive there, and one has to be extremely alert not miss a turn it exit after exiting the Autobahn (A6)... I recommend.

It is totally ridiculous. I waited at least five minutes for fries and a drink at my table, yet they had at least ten portions of fries ready to serve. I have left without receiving my order, this is unheard of.

Food was ok by McDonald’s standard and service medium.

Probably the worst McDonald's I have visited. Very slow service, flies everywhere probably because there are no bins just a rack full of peoples used trays with half eaten burgers on etc, the toilets were also dirty and smelly.

It's a McDonalds, you get exactly that. It wasn't bad and the restroom was neat. We stopped on the way home from a ski trip so it was a welcome meal. There's a Harry Potter Easter egg written on the restroom wall though.

Terrible. Didn't have cappuccino, after we paid. Didn't have Apple pie, after we paid. Then cold food, and very old fries. We will not stop here again.

So so.

We have a coffee break with a small snack, everything went very well, the order was brought to the table.

The McDonald's in Gruenstadt was clean, and the employees displayed good customer service.

Understaffed and those who were in were not fully trained so faffed a lot. 20 minutes for a sausage egg mcmuffin....
